Online Offers: You must enter the Promo Code and click “Recalculate” at the checkout to redeem your offer. Only one Promo Code can be used per transaction.
Shipping is offered within Canada, except Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut.
Shipping to Continental USA
We will typically use UPS for shipping to Continental USA:
Ground service is: 20 % of total invoice. This amount covers all custom, duty and brokerage fees your order will incur. Ground service may take up to 15 business days depending on location.
Taxes : No taxes on export orders outside Canada.
SORRY, WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX.
You must provide a residential or business address in order to receive your purchase.
Gift Card Orders
* If you order a Gift Card with your purchase of TABI products, it will be included with your shipment in a standard shipping bag and standard shipping charges will apply. * If you order ONLY a gift card, it will be mailed via Canada Post lettermail. You must provide a residential or business address for your order to be shipped
Taxes
Once you enter the required information, taxes applied to your purchase will be based on the "ship-to" province.
No returns on Spanx
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of Spanx intimate undergarments.
Please do not send us your intimate undergarments (i.e. anything worn below the waist) for a refund.
Spanx camisoles may be returned.
How to Make Return
If you need to make a return, there are two options:
1. Economical and Easy option is to return the merchandise to your local TABI store.
- Simply bring the TABI items you wish to return to any tabi retail store, excluding outlets.

- Make sure to bring the original packing slip for the items you wish to return.
- TABI will then either refund your credit card, provide you with a store credit or exchange.
2) Return via shipping back to the TABI warehouse in Toronto.
- Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice (you are responsible for paying the return shipping charge).
- Securely package your returns. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM.

Your credit card will be credited within 14 business days. (You will receive an email from TABI International Corporation to confirm your refund.) If you have any questions please call 1 800 430 8224 ext 570.

Sorry, online purchases do not count towards your Blue Door Club membership..

The Order Process
(1) Once you complete your order online, you will receive an order confirmation by email from onlinestore@tabi.ca.
(2) We mostly ship through United Parcel Service. When your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number from pkginfo@ups.com. This email will have a tracking link that you can click to allow you to verify the status of your shipment through UPS.

It would be wise to add these addresses to your email contact list to ensure they are not filtered into your junk mail folder.
